A Message From Clark

As a former attorney for a major law firm that represented large insurance companies, I know firsthand the tricks and tactics insurance companies use in order to wrongfully deny or minimize claims. I quickly realized that my goal in life wasn’t to help large corporations make more money. That’s why I decided to leave the big firm in 2004, move to El Paso, and become a personal injury attorney who focuses solely on helping the people in this community who are seriously injured.

Because of my inside knowledge of what happens behind the scenes at the big insurance companies, I know exactly how to fight them for the compensation you need and deserve. For more than 19 years, I have been helping injured victims and their families navigate the legal system. I routinely take on major insurance companies on behalf of my clients.
